As troubled as our future may be i'm choosing to look to the good things in life ...no point in dwelling on what is already set ? True?
OH just wanted to let this off my chest..i had a weird dream last night ...i came back from some trip and i was for some reason badly injured and i even fell over on the bus causing a swollen jaw and eyes...With my suitcase i slowly walked home and avoided people's looks as my injuries were so severe LOL weird dream right? Didn't understand it and i don't think i ever will!
ANywhoos this entry is about a customer i served yesterday. Everyone..and i mean EVERYONE OF MY CUSTOMERS were in suchhhh a good mood yesterday! I usually initiate the conversation because that is part of my role, but i had a fair bit of them asking me about the vote. It's nice to see they care about us too. LOL retail job :P
Before i get side tracked...there was this ONE customer who made my day...and shift even more pleasant! He was a new father of a 18 week /month baby...LOL i know i know huge difference but i forgot. All i know is that his baby is now crawling! IT started off with a simple question...has your day been busy? ^_^ He told me about his new role as a daddy and the stress, happiness, wonderful moments of having a child. With every mention of the baby's smile, crawl, the fact that he will grow up soon, the father was full of smiles! I can definitely see an excited, loving, kind and a dedicated father! His smile was contagious as i could not stop smiling throughout our conversation!
He told me that having a child must be thought out thoroughly as there are so many things to consider now that a new family member has joined his life! First there were the two of them and now there's another significant other! He did look a little exhausted but i could tell that he was enjoying his life nevertheless! His spirit was so admirable ... It's amazing what things can change a man hehehe
Retail is all about customer service and it's these awesome people that lift my spirits whenever i go to work. Minus the negative things because they don't matter and only bring out the darker energy in you. Like Selina Li said...to live life to the best...think of the happy things in your life...what made you happy? :)
I can't wait till my cousins become parents! Ive grown up with them and they've always been like a kid /old brother/sister to me! I hear a lot about people changing when they have a family! It's natural obviously but i am looking forward to seeing the other side of them because it is something that makes them soooo happy! Seeing them smile makes me smile :D smiling is contagious!
Talking about contagious, in the recent months i found a youtuber...Casey Ho who runs this thing called Blogilates! Ive been trying to follow her routines of arms, abs, legs, EVERYTHING WORK OUT! They;re so hard i havent been able to keep up but i try..i try...because her energy is always at full capacity! She's always so excited and bright and bubbly! If you have nothing to do..or just want to move around....Blogilates is the way to go! She also runs programs motivating people to get fit! She's so influential and happy!
