Technically i havent quite reached my goal of a post a day, and in actual fact i have been skipping A LOT OF DAYS.
New year resolution failed sadly :(
Since im back tracking to these days, i belive i am in the last week of 'training' before work opens next week! Both excited and nervous because i have no idea what to expect and what things will happen.
Its a privilege being able to be part of this big opening and i can gladly say...i was part of it!
Training tasks have both been extremely inconsistent and frustrating. One minute you are taught one way then later it is the complete opposite. Many mistakes have been made clearly and they need to learn from it for their new stores ahead. Especially if its going to be under the same management, i know it is not easy but they have upsetted so many of their employees. Get your shit together and you should run the system better.
