FINALLY the big day came ! My grandpa's birthday and our present shopping was well and truly worth it!

The day was busy and interesting...interesting because stuff happened but other than that, we took a lot more photos than usual because someone bothered taking their camera out to take photos and many wanted to be in photos ^^

Photos...maybe sometimes called a tradition is really fun among my girlfriends but when its for family..its toned down for some reason. I was the happy photogrpaher and everyones inner model sense blasted out! One after another, people joined the photos and it was a bubbly night rather than those miserable lonely ones...because no one wanted to talk.

Another good thing that happened was how we slightly altered the timing of our events. Rather than eating dinner late like what we always had to do which was a pain, we had it early, we were able to fit in a 8kg watermelon and then CAKE!!! even after cake we were still able to chit chat! No rush whatsoever and i think people really got to enjoy their time a lot more. FOr me i did :)

also...WE FINALLY got a family photo! Usually we would always be missing one person but this time, everyone was present and fortunately our battery was also charged and so snap snap snap! PHOTOS PHOTOS PHOTOS ! people are going to become more and more busy now so having a gathering with EVERYONE would certainly be more difficult. Whatever it is, i will always put family as #1 because they are my heart and soul, they are my entire life. WIthout them i would not have been able to have everything i have today...love, support and the beautiful hearts they have showed me throughout. After hearing about other friends family problems i know i am far more lucky and fortunate. I should respect and cherish every moment. Whether the present is good or bad, there is a reason for it and to make it better in the future we must all work hard on it!
