totally broke my promise i made earlier in the year of blogging everyday...ive basically cramped everything in one day...but anywhoos! I worked today! How exciting! public holiday rates were what motivated me to work hard today. The shift was tiring but fun because i had really nice customers and a funny manager who came to joke around with me all the time. Customers kept on thinking he was bullying me and giving me a hard time. However he is one of the gentlest and most harmless person you'd meet. His moments made me laugh.
After finishing my shift i tried to rush home because i was just so tired and not to mention the hot wind that blew when i was walking up the ramp to north richmond station. That ramp reeks like urine ughhh DISGUSTING! i still remember glen ferrie station smelling like that as well, but a few times worse. Had a "western" style dinner that does not happen very often because of the grandparents but my dinner was fabulous! Lamb chops, mashed potato, potato salad, veal, sausages, chicken wings, vegies and rice. yummyyy! After dinner, as usual i did the washing up then i helped my siblings with cleaning those carpets and omgosh they took so much energy out of me! Im not even sitting up right as i blog...
The best moment was when we were hosing down the cleaning agent with the hose and COINCIDENTALLY we end up wetting each other. Another moment was when three of us had to carry that frkn heavy as carpet above our heads so we could hang it on our clothes hanger..it was so damn hard because it was still so wet! A bit of team work here and there we managed to slide the mats over the lines and wella! But during the process we were under the soaking wet mat and water was dripping down our faces arms and body. I couldnt contain my laughter when my sister got water in her mouth. It was tiring but i still had many laughs along the way. I know moments like these won't happen as much in the near future because once we have our own family, more time will be spent with them. Basically all i can do is just to cherrish every moment i have with them because who knows..what will happen in the future.
Its funny because when parents were still here, we never do so many things together, but hey! they're enjoying themselves overseas and we are in a way....as well hehehe Im looking forward to when they return! They can see how much we've grown.....sorta.
